Your charity gives hope

Extreme rainfall due to climate change has left large parts of north-east Bangladesh flooded as river banks overflow for the third time this year. In the Sylhet district alone, 80% of the area went underwater. This has left many people stranded and vulnerable in their flooded homes, without access to food, clean drinking water and electricity. Officials have labelled this as the worst flooding crisis since 2004.

Your urgent help is needed to provide emergency aid to desperately needy families. Your £100 donation can provide an emergency food pack for two families (14 people) lasting two weeks.

Each parcel includes dry foods such as rice, lentils and onions, as well as non-food essentials like water purifying tablets.

Donate your Zakat and Sadaqah today.
