Our Ramadan TV Appeals

Muslim Hands

Throughout Ramadan, we'll be launching a range of television appeals to help families in crisis across the Ummah. We're running appeals on Islam Channel (Sky 806 & Virgin 838) and Channel S (Sky 814) on the following nights:

7th Ramadan / 1st June

Islam Channel - Save a Life, Save Humanity Appeal: Find out about how you can help families without access to food and safe, clean water across: East Africa, Bangladesh, Gaza, Myanmar, Pakistan, Yemen and Syria.

17th Ramadan / 11th June

Islam Channel - Gaza Appeal: Support our psycho-social clinic, agricultural and mobile health clinic projects as they continue to offer crucial support to families in Gaza struggling with psychological trauma, ill-health and poverty.

27th Ramadan (21st June)

Islam Channel - Night of Power Syria Appeal: Six years on, the Syrian conflict is still raging. 13.5 million people are in need of urgent humanitarian assistance. Tune in and find you can help support families in desperate need of medical and food aid, providing essential life saving aid.

Channel S - Night of Power Bangladesh Appeal: With a special Bangladesh focus appeal, tune in to see how you can help build a well, masjid, school, sponsor a needy orphan or help towards our livelihood programme.

As millions of men, women and children face starvation, war, poverty and continued hardship worldwide, this Ramadan let us remember the words of Allah (swt). Allah Almighty tells of the sanctity of human life in the Holy Qur'an:

'Therefore, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul...- it is as if he had slain all of mankind, and whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved all of mankind...' (5:32)

So, tune in to find out how you can save the lives of starving families worldwide this Ramadan.  This Ramadan: Save a Life, Save Humanity.
