Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the thematic leads and Country Offices to ensure that both Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and Child Safeguarding issues are addressed during the various stages of project management
  • Develop and lead on implementation of a MEL strategy
  • Develop and lead on implemenation of a Child Safeguarding strategy
  • Develop CS policies and ensure our staff adhere to these policies.
  • Organise relevant training and capacity building events
  • Conduct regular trip to country offices
  • To engage and represent MH in external forums
  • To ensure all MH staff have knowledge of current trends around MEL and CS
  • To undertake any reasonable responsibilities as required by line manager

Essential: Ideal Candidate will

  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Possess 3 years relevant experience
  • Be educated to Degree level of relevant subject
  • Be well versed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Relevant managerial experience
  • Experience within the charity sector
