What if you break your fast?

Those who break or miss a fast intentionally and without a valid reason must fast consecutively for 60 days. If they are unable to do this they are required to pay the Kaffarah (expiation).

The donation will feed 60 needy people two meals. We recommend a donation of £7 per missed fast, as those in need should be fed to the same standard as we feed ourselves.
