With Hardship Comes Ease: Bringing Hope and Relief to Gaza

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘Adhere to Shaam, for it is Allah’s best land, to which He selects His best servants…’ [Abu Dawud]

Since October 2023 and the end of the ceasefire in March 2025 , at least 54,000 lives have been lost, nearly 70% of whom were women and children. Mass displacement, destroyed infrastructure, and critically damaged water systems have left 97% of Gaza’s water unfit for human consumption, further compounding the humanitarian crisis.

Muslim Hands has been working in Gaza since 2007, providing vital aid during these difficult times. Through partnerships with the World Food Programme and other organisations, we have distributed nearly five million meals to the most vulnerable, including women, children, and the elderly.

We’re currently focusing on:

Medical support: covering the salaries of frontline medical staff so they can carry on their vital work treating the injured and saving lives.

Bread for Gaza: in partnership with the World Food Programme, we’re providing fortified wheat flour every day to help run 25 bakeries and 24 shops, ensuring families across Gaza have access to fresh bread.

Cash Assistance for Children with Disabilities: offering direct financial support to vulnerable families so they can buy essentials with dignity.
