A List of Essential Du’as for Hajj and Umrah
The blessed month of Dhul Hijjah is fast-approaching and many of you will either have loved ones who will be making Hajj or are fortunate to be able to go yourselves this year. With that in mind, we've put together an essential list of the du'as one needs to memorise when going on 'Umrah or Hajj. Please check out our easy guide to how to perform 'Umrah and Hajj as well.
Du'a for Travelling:
Du'a for Beginning Ihram and Talbiyah:
Du'as for Tawaf:
After doing Tawaf seven times, you will pray two rak'at, putting the Maqam Ibrahim between you and the Ka'bah. You will then drink Zamzam water. Here is an ayah about Maqam Ibrahim to recite after finishing Tawaf:
Du'as for Sa'ee:
All the above du'as are to be recited during both 'Umrah and Hajj.
The below du'as are only for Hajj, to be recited after 8th Dhul Hijjah.
