A. All participants are required to raise a minimum of £200 per person and pay the £30 non-refundable registration fee.

A. Anyone over the age of 16 who is looking for a challenge can take part, anyone under the age of 16 will need parental consent.
A. All training will be provided by a team of qualified instructors on the day along with an in-depth safety briefing.
A. It is advised that you bring a fully charged mobile phone, snacks to last throughout the day, warm waterproof clothing, base layer - top and bottom, and waterproof boots as temperatures will be low and conditions will be muddy
You are also reminded to bring an extra complete set of clothing to change into after the event as well as a towel.
Showers will be available at the venue - 2 in female area and 2 in male area.
Lunch will be provided by Muslim Hands.
