Bangladesh Emergency Appeal
Your urgent help is needed to provide emergency food and shelter to desperately needy families. Each parcel includes dry foods such as rice, lentils and onions, as well as non-food essentials like water purifying tablets.

A. Anyone aged 14 and above are welcome However, restrictions do apply for anyone aged 14-17 as they must gain parental consent and adult supervision from one individual.
Participants must be at least 1.2 metres in height and less than 19 stones in weight.
A. Each participant is required to pay a registration fee of £20, to secure a space. On top of this, each participant is also required to raise a minimum of £354 sponsorship money, that will go towards an annual orphan sponsorship.
A. All training will be provided by a team of qualified instructors on the day along with an in-depth safety briefing.
A. No loose clothing, your shoulders, midriff and upper legs should be covered. Wear appropriate, comfortable footwear: closed toe shoes, trainers or boots that will not fall off. Long hair must be tied back.
A. Please bring a fully charged mobile phone in case we need to contact you on the day.
