Once the funds are received, the field office will instruct the construction of your well. Depending on the type this may take up to 12 months to complete.

Our team on the ground conducts thorough checks both before and after the completion of each well. Before construction begins, we survey the area to ensure it is suitable, measure depth, and assess other important factors. Once the survey is complete, we proceed with construction.
We provide training in basic maintenance and repair to a locally elected team. If they are unable to fix the issue, our team is readily available to help.
We do not currently provide step-by-step updates. While we plan to implement this in the future, at present we provide updates only once construction has been completed.
