Lebanon Appeal

Lebanon is facing a renewed humanitarian crisis. Since March 2026, escalating hostilities have forced hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes, leaving families displaced, vulnerable, and in urgent need of support.

More than 900,000 people have been displaced across the country, many of them multiple times. Families have been forced to leave with little or nothing, arriving at temporary shelters, host communities, and overcrowded collective centres without basic household essentials.

For parents, this means trying to keep children warm without blankets, sleeping on bare floors without mattresses, and struggling to maintain hygiene in difficult living conditions.

Muslim Hands is responding to provide life-saving relief to those affected by the crisis.

Through this emergency response, Muslim Hands will support approximately 1,000 displaced households,  around 4,200 people, with essential relief items that help families rebuild a sense of safety and dignity.

Emergency assistance may include:

Mattresses and sleeping mats. Blankets and pillows. Rechargeable solar lamps. Hygiene kits. Essential household items. Other critical relief supplies based on assessed needs

These items provide immediate relief to families who have lost their possessions during displacement and help reduce health risks associated with overcrowding and poor living conditions.

Reaching Those Most in Need

Working with humanitarian partners and local authorities, assistance will be targeted towards the most vulnerable displaced families, including:

Women and children. Elderly people. People living with disabilities. Female-headed households. Families living in overcrowded shelters and host communities
