At this facility, our main goal is to support new and expectant mothers with free services in relation to
pregnancy and childbirth, where an estimated 100,000 beneficiaries are aided each year. Over 110
individuals attend this single clinic every day, and it has been running since 2011 alhamdulillah.
We are adding 13 new rooms at our (MotherKind Clinic (MKC) in Afghanistan

The total extension will cost £235,000, including the room constructions [such as offices, men and
women waiting rooms, treatment rooms, and so forth], and required equipment. This will allow our
teams to provide further free extensive ante- and post-natal care to existing and new patients, as well as
ultrasounds, vaccinations/medications, and delivery services. We will also be able to offer new services,
such as psychosocial counselling and paediatric assistance.

The room we are fundraising for is the treatment room for the midwives to check
mothers for ante- and post-natal care, alongside family planning. It will cost £13000 in total, and as the Call Centre Team we have pledged to donate £5000 towards it.
